Honestly, this idea aroused in me a lot of doubts – if everything was so easy, we would lose weight only on the water and the water diet would long ago become the method of losing weight the number one in the world. But one thing is the theory, the other is a practice, so I decided to check everything on myself.

This includes water, tea, soups for weight loss, and kefir with milk, in a word, all liquids. Estimate how much you consume them. I have for tea (2-3 cups) and evening kefir takes about a liter, which means that I can afford to drink a little more than 2 liters a day. Not more. That is one and a half liters before meals and somewhere 0.7 in the breaks.
